Cancellations & No Shows
Please note 48 Hours notice is required for all cancellations so we have time to refill the appointment space. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.
Right to refuse service
We have the right to refuse service to any customer, for example, but not limited to, if they are abusive, harassing, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
In such circumstances, we have the right to refuse any further treatments and refunds will not be awarded in this case. Any incident of this nature would preclude any further treatment or presence in the premises.
